Propane Safety in Construction

You will be able to recognize and evaluate the hazards associated with propane. They will also be able to safely connect, disconnect, and activate propane equipment up to 400,000 Btu/h. Topics include:

Hazard recognition and evaluation.
Legislative requirements and safe practices.
Connection, activation, and disconnection of propane equipment.

The program includes hands-on training outdoors and classroom performance reviews.

Participants must wear CSA helmet, work gloves and safety boots. Please dress to be outdoors. Participants will be issued a wallet card or workplace wall certificate.
